Commercial mortgage holders looking for office space may like to know that Manchester's The Hive development has welcomed another tenant.
The Studio, an event specialist currently based in Birmingham, will take 12,000 sq ft of office space at the development in the city's Northern Quarter.
It is reported that The Hive is 50 per cent let and is due to complete at the end of January.
Following The Studio's agreement, it will take up the third floor of the premises on a 15-year-lease.
Co director of the company Emma Jennings said: "We wanted a vibrant, readily accessible location with a diverse range of clients nearby. [We're] looking forward to supporting the event requirements of both our fellow tenants and the wider Manchester business community."
The development states that loft-offices are available sized between 500 and 15,000 sq ft.
A green planted roof terrace and sustainable workspaces are features of The Hive.
